Yes. But I would have preferred to have written an even better headline without the lame, non-headlinly verb ‘are’ stuck in the middle. Perhaps he/she/it was concerned with filling the space.
It would scan better as:
“Fake hookers kill wrestling midgets “

Indeed: one clear advantage of online over print is that you don’t have to work within a tight page grid.
Of course then you are constrained by other factors – such as SEO. Although this one probably wins on that score too…
